The Intake Assistant Intern will assist the Senior Intake Specialist to screen packets for people who are looking for residential and day services, write brief summaries to share with program leadership, and assist with follow up. The intern will additionally be responsible for scanning and uploading documents onto SharePoint and the eVero database and pulling information from OPWDD CHOICES database, as well as other tasks assigned to the intake process. The Intake Intern will attend meetings for experiential purposes.

The candidate should be organized, able to pay close attention to details, and have good writing and communication skills. Experience in any human service or social service work is preferred but not required.
