Position Details:

  • Full-Time: (3)- hr NIGHT shifts 7:pm - 7:am w/ rotating weekends

    • Your goals and objectives include:

  • Handle all inbound calls for the hospital's primary intake line, and route calls internally when necessary
  • Review hospital-to-hospital transfer requests and staff with on-call psychiatrist for admission.
  • Collaborate with admissions & nursing teams regarding incoming admissions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Escalate transfer declines to direct supervisor or administrator on call.
