The Intake Specialist is a critical member of the operations and implementation teams, focused on supporting internal stakeholders across various business functions. This role will handle a range of administrative and coordination tasks including benefits data processing, internal reporting, onboarding support, and carrier communication.

  • Work directly with insurance carriers to ensure participants are enrolled in the appropriate plans.
  • Generate and maintain reports for new benefit elections, payments, and terminations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the Sales and Implementation teams with demos, payment issues, and administrative intake tasks.
  • Assist with internal project coordination, including data collection and record management.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new clients by supporting behind-the-scenes processes and documentation.
