Legal Intake Specialist
who combines strong phone skills, empathy, and investigative curiosity to uncover the root of callers' legal matters. This role is essential in shaping client satisfaction and ensuring smooth case intake processes.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone consultations with potential new clients and process sign-ups.
  • Assist clients with questions and concerns during the intake process.
  • Review and process new case leads.
  • Ensure all intake legal documents are properly signed and executed.
