We are seeking a driven Intake Specialist who thrives in a high-energy, performance-based environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing frequent phone interactions and enjoys converting inquiries into signed clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of daily calls calls)
- Speak with callers to assess possible lemon law eligibility
- Clearly outline our intake and representation process
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients
- Accurately enter and update client information in CRM systems
