Overview

HELP WANTED - Supportive Roommate Through the Integrated Living Services program, funded by PDD, we match adults living with developmental disabilities with individuals and families in the Calgary community.

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and compassionate Supportive Roommate (Individual or Couple) to share their home and provide quality support for a mature female client who is fairly self-sufficient, enjoys recreational and leisure activities, and values maintaining an active lifestyle. The client will require support navigating through an end-of-life medical journey. The client currently attends a day program and is independent in using public transportation; however, she will require retraining once she transitions to her new home.

This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference by providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive home environment for someone who values connection, activity, and independence.
