Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end integrated media planning across offline and digital channels. Drive insight-led strategies, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with specialist teams to deliver impactful, business-focused media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver integrated media strategies (TV, Print, OOH, Digital, Social, Search, Programmatic)
  • Be the primary planning SPOC for key clients and lead strategic conversations
  • Work closely with digital, performance, content, and analytics teams
  • Manage and mentor planning teams; ensure quality and strategic output
  • Present plans, reviews, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Skills Required:

  • Strong integrated planning expertise (offline + digital)
  • Client-facing experience with excellent presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Team and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

  • Agency background (network agencies preferred)
  • Experience across large FMCG / Auto / BFSI / Retail brands
