This is an onsite role supporting 737MAX, 787 and 777X Training Solutions programs. Training Solutions New Development Programs is responsible for determining, creating, testing, approval and deployment of any training materials or products required to support both new or derivative BCA airplanes, including significant updates or changes to BCA products that require a cross-team integrated approach. Examples of this could be leading an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for a new airplane such as the 777X or an IPT for a new Flight Management System (FMS) where updated or new training materials or products are needed for Flight Training, Maintenance Training or other groups.
