Job Description
The INTEGRATION and TESTS Process Specialist works in a Concurrent Engineering environment across all phases of product development, responsible for converting a design into a manufacturable product. This professional is also responsible for strategies for conversions and expansions of production capacity, footprint analysis, and the development of new processes.
Responsibilities:
- Capex (Investment) and Opex (Expenses) Assessments in Projects
- Development, Implementation, and Modification of Production Lines
- Sourcing of Used Equipment for Retrofitting
- Development of Equipment Suppliers
- Development of Manufacturing Processes
Requirements and qualifications:
- Experience in INTEGRATION and TESTS electronic manufacturing processes (In circuit tests)
- Six Sigma (Experimentation, Variation Analysis, Capability, Control Charts, Measurement Systems, DOE)
- Proficiency in programming and operating tests machines to the electronics boards
- Workforce Sizing
- Time and Methods
- Capacity and Productivity Analysis
- Skill in Process Control (Speed Control, Parameter Monitoring)
- Responsibility for Safety and Environment (Operational Safety, Waste Management)
- Production Ramp-Up Strategies
- Manufacturing Process Certification Methods
- Cost Analysis, Verticalization, and Outsourcing of Manufacturing Processes (Make or Buy)
- AQP (Advanced Quality Plan) product and process development methodologies
- PFD (Process Flow Design), PFMEA, and PCP (Process Control Plan)

- Experience in the assembly processes: minimum 8 years
