About the Role.

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Integration Developer to join a dynamic Digital Solutions team. This pivotal role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integration workflows using Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud platforms. You will lead technical projects, provide operational support, and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality solutions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead technical projects from scope negotiation to successful implementation, on time and within budget.
• Manage small to medium projects, including coordination with external providers.
• Provide high-level technical analysis and liaise with clients to resolve complex issues.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance systems using Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, MS .NET, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.
• Ensure production systems meet required service levels and operational standards.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and recommend improvements.
• Develop maintenance plans, operational procedures, and system documentation.
• Provide technical leadership in Microsoft development technologies and Azure cloud platforms.
• Promote and influence technical decisions around databases, application software, packages, and integrations.
• Mentor and provide professional learning opportunities for team members.
