The role involves producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies, using hand tools and machines to ensure quality and precision. The technician will read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to complete various assembly tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
+ Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, and press fits to assemble parts.
+ Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels.
+ Connect component wires to circuits and between individual component leads.
+ Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
+ Tend to machines and adjust or trim materials from components.
+ Position or align components and parts using hand tools or machine...
