Job Description

Job Title - Integration Developer

Experience - 5-10 Years

Location - Pan India

Notice - Immediate to 30 Days

Requirements;

• Design, develop, and support integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
• Build and maintain integrations using:
• REST & SOAP web services.
• HCM Extracts.
• HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• BI Publisher reports.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (Payroll, Benefits, Banking, etc.).
• Handle real-time and batch integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and business users for requirements and testing.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT & production deployments.
• Ensure integrations follow Oracle best practices and security standards.
• Prepare technical design documents and integration specifications.

Mandatory Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and BI Publisher
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM modules:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Absence
• Benefits (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON
• Experience in end-to-end integration lifecycle.

Good to Have

• Experience with OIC Gen 2.
• Exposure to Payroll third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of ATP / OCI.
• Basic understanding of Oracle HCM Functional processes.
