Job Description

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of hands‑on experience building and managing integrations between SaaS applications
  • Strong understanding of REST and/or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (Auth 2.0, API keys, etc.)
  • Proven ability to design and document data workflows and integration logic using tools like Albato, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar iPaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with JSON, CSV, and common data formats used in integrations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for API and data flow issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS environments related to events, marketing automation, CRM, or data systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, EventMobi, Marketo)
