The Integration Engineer mission is develop the necessary programs for the production equipment, develop the control panels with the electrical diagrams and integrate the HMI.
Responsibilities/Processes:
- Integration / programming for production / NPI Robots. ( UR / Kuka / JAKA)
- Develop, modify and improve PLC control programs for production / New equipment ( Allen Bradley / Simens / Keyence ).
- Development of control panels and electronic diagrams.
- Integration and calibration for sensors in production / NPI equipment.
- Performs fault diagnotics for production / new equipment.
- Optimize programs for production equipment to reduce cycle time.
- Integration and development of HMI graphics.
- Integration and programming of vision systems in production equipment.
- Programming and adjustment for servomotors in production equipment.
- Operation Manuals development for new equipment.
- Equipment analysis for equipment improvment.
- Integration and programming for robocylinders (IAI) in production / NPI equipment.
- Work in accordance with I.M.S. ( Integrated Management System ) which includes ISO 9K, 14K, 18K, 27K and 22301
Required Skills:
- English 50%
- Knowledge in electricity.
- Knowledge of mechanics (Hidrahulic – neumatics)
- Knowledge of PLC’s
- Basic computer skills
- Good oral and written communications skills.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, handling of electrical measurement instruments, experience in supporting test equipment and assemblies, adjustment of robots.
- Experience in industrial automation, project management, team leadership, and proficiency with specialized software such as CAD.
- Desired knowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
