Roles and Responsibilities Desired Profile Candidate must be Proficient in conceptualizing, designating & prototyping mechanical systems adjacent to transmission & motive units.
- should have Appetite to lead product from conceptualization to SOP phase while debugging design
- Should have knowledge on product validation planning
- Should have thorough understanding of APQP as per IATF.
- Must be conversant in DFMEA, QFD, FMEA, GD&T, NPD, RCA & SOI
-RFQ Handling, Technical & Costing Proposal etc
-Customer Interaction, Program management, Sample Development & Testing Tool: Hands on skills CAD Softwares Creo, Autocad etc
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in MS office
- Should have interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Should have the ability to work in a team
- Must have the ability to prioritize workload
