Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Integration Retail Lead to drive end-to-end integration solutions within the retail domain. This role requires deep expertise in POS and RFID systems, strong integration knowledge, and proven leadership in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration initiatives for retail systems, ensuring seamless connectivity between POS, RFID, and enterprise platforms.
Design and implement integration solutions using tools such as TIBCO, Kafka, and other middleware technologies.
Develop and maintain API specifications and functional documentation for integration projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Oversee offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery.
