Reporting to the Manager, the Integration Support Analyst is responsible for providing on-site assistance and escalation of identified information systems issues including, but not limited to, iBUS, Oracle Olympus infrastructure, and Oracle 7/24 environment. The Integration Support Analyst supports those infrastructure applications used by all partners within GBIN. The position coaches, facilitates and models effective problem solving and a team-based approach to decision making and problem resolution. Works with all teams across GBIN to deliver effective solutions. As part of the Security Infrastructure & Solutions Integration team, the Integration Support Analyst will be required to have a basic understanding of networking in order to assist the other specialties within the team.
