Integrity Industrial - Laboratory Technical Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laboratory experiments, including routine testing, diagnostics, sample preparation, data recording and basic analysis.
• Operate, maintain and assist with the upkeep of laboratory and experimental equipment, machinery and workspaces.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, safety guidelines and quality standards, including the handling of chemicals and hazardous substances.
• Manage laboratory resources, including stock control, ordering and general organisation.
• Support research, surveys and industry activities through data collation, presentations, demonstrations, meetings and field days.
• Respond to routine customer and stakeholder enquiries and grievances, escalating complex issues as required.
• Liaise with laboratory staff and build effective working relationships across projects, operations and locations.
