Job Purpose -
To provide accurate evaluation of patent data and capture the essence succinctly. Provide support in various IP activities.

Job Accountabilities

Data mining from patent and non-patent literature for patent analytics and drawing inference.
Able to use AI based IP tools
Evaluate inventions and provide patentability opinions.
Suggesting design around for non-patentable inventions .
Analysing patents for presenting technological landscape reports.
Patent draft review and claim scoping  Support in patent drafting.
Review response to patent examination report and provide inputs.
Evaluate external publications from the perspective of IP compliance .
