Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates will have litigation experience and a bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of insightful research and analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. They are looking for candidates who can and want to assume immediate responsibility and who are willing to work as an integral part of a high performing and collaborative team.

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. Membership in the State Bar, active and in good standing, is also required.
