Responsibilities Serves as a program analyst, technical authority, and intelligence expert responsible for the execution and development of policy, plans, programs, procedures, and training for agency-wide intelligence and security capabilities and support. Provides technical advice and staff support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) senior leadership on highly complex intelligence matters related to national security activities. Conducts research and analysis of counterterrorism and foreign military forces, operations, capabilities, and trends to support all-source intelligence and threat production. Oversee the implementation of plans, programs, and procedures for performance of intelligence activity at DLA locations throughout the globe.
