onsite Program Manager/ Technical Lead to oversee the execution of all tasks and deliverables outlined in this Statement of Work. The Program Manager/ Technical Lead shall be physically present in the office five days per week during standard business hours, excluding federal holidays. The lead shall be available to adjust hours to support 24/7/365 operations as required.
