Core Skills:

15+ years of experience in RPA tools, business process analysis, AI and Gen AI including process consulting, Product Management and Business Development.

• Should have worked in AI / Automation CoE for minimum 3+ years and should have hands-on experience in complete end to end Automation process life-cycle - from requirements to BOT deployment
• Proven solution and architecture experience in UiPath / Power Automate / Automation Anywhere and have broad knowledge of all IPA tool capabilities as well as various new models in the platform like Process Mining, IQ Bot, AARI etc.
• Expertise in AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, and Generative AI is definitely plus
• Prior Experience on RFPs, RFQs, estimations and other similar Technical Documentation is must.
• RPA professional / Advanced Certification on one or more automation platforms
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to engage and create rapport and relationship with CIO/CDO/CDAO/CTO
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems, Process minded, Good Presentation and communication skills are essential.
