Posting Title: Intensivist Industry: Hospital Salary: 3LPM to 4LPM Work Experience: 0-1 year Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical assessment, diagnosis, and management of critically ill patients in the ICU. Perform and supervise invasive procedures including central line placement, arterial line insertion, endotracheal intubation, and mechanical ventilation. Monitor and adjust ventilator settings, hemodynamic support, and renal replacement therapy as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans. Respond promptly to ICU emergencies such as cardiac arrest, severe sepsis, and acute respiratory distress.
