Role Purpose

Auditor is responsible to perform the audits for assigned vendors and is responsible to generate the improvement ideas for process, production and agents.

Key Role Deliverables

  • The candidate will perform the audits for different languages.
  • Auditor to take participate in internal/external calibration and ATA discussions.
  • Auditor to generate the findings/recommendations based on performed audits to improve the agent/vendor performance.
  • Lead the client discussion for the respective LOB to discuss the findings & ideas.

    • Work Experience ( Mandatory)

  • 1 year of experience in working as a quality analyst
  • Must have knowledge about 7 QC tools
  • Feedback techniques – Written & Verbal

    • Desirable

    Experience as a Quality Analyst in UPI or P2P services PhonePe, PayTM & Google Pay

    Required skills and attributes

  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • An enquiring mind, curiosity, and desire to understand the ‘why’ factor.
  • Must be proficient in Kannada and English language (Written & Verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of MS office & quality reporting.
