Interaction Designer

Lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and user-centred interactions for complex digital products and services.
Translate user research and insights into clear interaction designs, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and align with GDS
Conduct and analyse usability testing, iterating designs based on user feedback and data.
Act as the interaction design subject-matter expert, advising teams and clients on best practices and trends.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary agile teams, including researchers, developers, product owners, and delivery managers.
Manage and own interaction design deliverables, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to skills development and design capability growth.
Build strong client relationships, clearly communicating design rationale and championing user-centred design.
