Recognize and pay invoices that are issued by legal entities of our company, derived from purchases of material, services or fixed assets, as well as recognize and collect invoices issued.

Job Tasks

• Review the invoices that are issued by legal entities, derived from the purchases of material, services or fixed assets.
• Follow up on the collection of invoices issued by our company´s legal entities derived from the sales of material, services or fixed assets.
• Generate and analyze the payable account of ICO companies and Related Parties according to the payment terms, to schedule the monthly payment by IC Clearing in the case of inter-companies
•  Provide weekly follow-up in collaboration with the General Accounting team to the account statements of the companies
