Job Description

This position reports to the North American Public Safety Regional Development Team. This group develops, customizes, and implements software interfaces and integrations on a product and project basis.Β The position requires communicating with a project team, functional team, customers, service managers, project managers and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Participating in project requirement gathering sessions.
  • Preparing and maintaining software design documentation.
  • Developing product to customer requirements.
  • Support testing with customers and third-party vendors.
  • Providing second tier support for custom software deliverables.
  • Performing project delivery tasks within stated budget and schedule.
  • Staying abreast of Public Safety industry standards and specifications related to product development.
