Summary
The Interface Production Support Analyst is responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HL7 interfaces between systems, including data mapping, translation, and integration. They work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure timely resolution of production support issues and optimization of interface performance. The Information Technology Interface Production Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing technical support to end-users and working with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
