Job Description:

  • The Interface Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting interface implementation and conversion projects, ensuring all interfaces conform to HL7 standards.

  • This role involves close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to design, implement, test, and support EMR/LIS interfaces while providing project leadership, documentation, and post-implementation support.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform and facilitate research and testing to ensure interfaces conform to HL7 standards.

  • Lead multiple interface implementation or conversion projects.

  • Gather and analyze interface requirements.

  • Educate and interact directly with stakeholders to explain EMR/LIS interface capabilities and limitations.
