Position Posting Intergovernmental Relations Advisor (1 Position Available) Term of Employment: Full-Time, Continuing Rate of Pay: Out-of-Scope Non-Management Salary Grid Band 5 Location: City Hall Duties: Reporting to the City Manager, the Intergovernmental Relations Advisor is responsible for coordinating the City of Lloydminster’s intergovernmental initiatives and advocacy efforts.
This role provides extensive research, analysis, and advice on policy trends and recommended actions, develops the City’s advocacy plan and coordinates government relations activities to support municipal priorities.
The Advisor fosters relationships and facilitates collaboration with the federal government, Saskatchewan and Alberta provincial governments, regional municipalities, Indigenous communities and key stakeholders. Polic...
