What You'll Be Doing

Ownership of Projects: Lead the delivery of annual and multi-year programmes, ensuring all works align with Decent Homes Standards and statutory requirements.

Contract Management: Procure and manage main contractors and specialist subcontractors under JCT/NEC frameworks, focusing on value for money, contract delievry and robust commercial control.
