HR Advisor (Consultations)- Leeds

Salary up to £41,800 - 11 Weeks

Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering Company who are now looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 11 weeks .


We’re looking for a confident HR Advisor to support a large-scale temporary site closure programme , working closely with HRBPs and a wider transformation team. This is a hands-on role which will report into the People Lead, as a HR Advisor you will be:

  • Lead and support employee consultations relating to a temporary site closure
  • Conduct high-volume 1:1 consultations and provide clear, consistent advice to employees throughout the consultation process
