Summary

A Virginia Hospital is searching for an Interim Manager, Radiology Operations to join their team!

The Position

  • The Interim Manager, Radiology Operations is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day of the department.
  • Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, this leader will oversee six direct reports and 21 FTEs.
  • This leader will be expected to fill staff vacancies, and help in recruiting/retention efforts. They will also assess current department and identify any performance improvement opportunities and work to implement. 
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must have previous imagining leadership experience.
  • Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
