Interim Marketing Lead

Do you want to be part of one of Europe's fastest-growing climate tech startups? We are looking for an Interim Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing function for a 10-month period during a planned maternity leave. 

In this role, you will act as the owner of Cozero's marketing strategy and narrative, ensuring consistency and momentum across teams and channels. Your focus will be on adaptability and execution: maintaining existing positioning that works and adapting what isn't, supporting ongoing go-to-market initiatives, and keeping marketing performance on track during an active phase of product development and growth.
