Interim Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner 6 months Contract Edinburgh (Hybrid) Part time (2-3 days per week) £45,036 - £49,753 (Pro Rata) LHH is delighted to be supporting Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans as they recruit an Interim Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner to join the Transition Support Group. The organisation is entering an extended period of post-service review transition where new teams, systems, KPIs and ways of working are expected to go live simultaneously. Should the organisational design/restructure progress as initially proposed, staff from Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans will combine to form teams, creating additional integration and identity considerations. A Transition Support Group is in place with representation from Operations, Technology, Internal Communications and OD.
