• Provide risk management support for two acute care hospitals
• Oversee event reporting, investigation, and follow-up activities
• Support claims management and coordination with internal teams
• Provide education and guidance on risk mitigation and patient safety practices
• Assist with policy review and regulatory compliance activities
• Collaborate with leadership to reduce organizational risk across both sites
• Support survey readiness and response efforts
