Job Description

We are urgently searching for an interim Supply Chain Leader to move into a fast-paced organisation in a site-based leadership role for 3-6 months. This is an urgent role, with the possibility of immediate start, in which you will take immediate ownership, stabilise key processes, and deliver measurable improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end site-based Supply Chain functions (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)

  • Rapidly assess current performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement stabilising actions

  • Deliver operational improvements to service, cost, inventory and S&OP effectiveness

  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Commercial and Executive teams

  • Implement short-term fixes while laying foundations for long-term sustainability

  • Own KPIs, governance rhythms and reporting during the interim period

    • We are looking for an interim with:

  • Proven experience stepping into senior Supply Chain leadership roles at pace

  • A track record of delivering rapid performance improvement in complex environments

  • Strong operational grounding across Planning, S&OP, Logistics and Customer Service

  • Experience in transformation, turnaround, or stabilisation mandates

  • Ability to influence and build credibility quickly with teams and executives

    • Please note that fluent French is essential. Candidates must be immediately available, or available from early January at latest. This role will be based outside of Paris and will pay a competitive day rate.
