Essential Job Functions

Design

• Support project teams with basic interior design drawings including plans, elevations, details, RCPs, power & communication plans, millwork, furniture layouts, finish and color plans using BIM (Revit) .
• Apply fundamental design principles such as form, scale, color, texture, light, balance, and proportion.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and renderings for client reviews.
• Adhere to firm and project standards for design excellence, execution, and sustainability.

Technical

• Assist with programming analysis, benchmarking, space planning, and area calculations.
• Support preparation of interior construction and detailed design documents including plans, sections, details, schedules, and specifications.
• Assist in research, selection, and coordination of finishes, materials, and furniture.
• Perform tasks in accordance with company Project Procedures.

Management

• Organize and plan tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Self-check work for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Requirements

Education

• Professional degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3- 6 years of experience, preferably on BIM-based projects .
• Basic understanding of interior design theory and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of CAD, BIM, Revit, 3D modeling, and graphic tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative work ethic.
• Knowledge of international materials, construction techniques, and building codes is a plus.
• LEED accreditation is an advantage.

Technology Requirements

• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit for design, documentation, and delivery.
• Familiarity with BIM collaboration, cloud-based markups, consultant coordination, and clash detection is a plus.
• Exposure to real-time rendering, material management, and parametric workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM-based visualization and coordination processes is an advantage.
