Interior Design Executive

In charge of retail and consignment store renovation projects from concept to completion.

Produce design drawings, detail drawings, and layout plans for construction and installation.

Review and prepare shop drawings for approval.

Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy of all design specifications.

Estimate material requirements and project costs, and prepare proposals for management approval.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure work quality and timeline completion.

Perform site supervision during renovation, installation, and handover stages.
