Job Description
Assist senior designers in preparing concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations. Support in creating mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations. Work on AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp/3Ds Max renderings, and design documentation. Learn and assist in execution drawings, BOQs, and project coordination. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and finishes. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field. Basic knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, and finishes Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar tools Good sense of color, aesthetics, and design concepts Basic understanding of drawings and layouts Benefits Exposure to live residential interior projects. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Kannada is a plus). Confident and clear telephone manner. Ability to ask questions, listen actively, and communicate value. Good understanding of customer behaviour. Basic knowledge of home interiors preferred (training will be provided). Ability to work with CRMs (Zoho CRM experience is a plus). Strong discipline, consistency, and willingness to learn. Experience: 0 to 3 years in tele-calling, pre-sales, customer service, inside sales, or similar roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. System Requirements (Work From Home) Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps). Laptop or desktop with good audio quality. Quiet workspace for calling. Availability during business hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Tuesday to Sunday).
