Interior Design Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Interior Designer Intern to join our Design Studio. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Corporate and Workplace Interior Design projects, where you will work closely with senior designers and design leaders to support the development of design concepts, drawings, and presentations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a design student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience and grow technical and creative skills in a professional studio environment.

What You Will Do

Assist in the preparation of interior design drawings and documentation based on provided information and sketch designs

Support the team in developing concept designs, layouts, and space planning for corporate/workplace projects

Help prepare presentation materials, including mood boards, renders, and design visuals

Assist in producing tender, construction, and as-built drawings under supervision

Coordinate drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency with project requirements

Participate in internal design discussions and team meetings

Ensure work aligns with company standards, documentation guidelines, and professional practices

Ideal Candidate

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Strong interest in Corporate / Commercial / Workplace Interior Design

Good design sensibility with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to support the team

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Strong communication and presentation skills

Team-oriented with a commitment to quality and learning

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Basic to intermediate skills in SketchUp and Photoshop

Familiarity with concept design, layouts, and documentation processes

Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and industry standards
