Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for an Interior Design/Decoration Project Manager for US based clients. In this position, you will oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include planning layouts, creating design concepts, preparing construction drawings, selecting furniture, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be tasked with problem-solving and maintaining project quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with interior design with at least 2 years of project management
• Proficiency in space planning and interior design with a solid understanding of effective use of layouts and functional design principles
• Expertise in project management and ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of furniture selection, placement, and coordinating design elements
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver high-quality results
• A degree in Interior design, architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and other relevant softwares
