Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Interior Design Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into successful project closures. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with design teams, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for residential interior projects
  • Conduct client meetings and understand design & budget requirements
  • Present interior solutions, proposals, and pricing effectively
  • Coordinate with designers to close deals seamlessly
  • Follow up with prospects and drive conversions
  • Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline accuracy
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in interiors / real estate / construction / modular kitchens / home improvement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of interior sales cycles and client psychology
  • Target-driven mindset with hunger to earn incentives
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
  • Familiarity with Bangalore real estate/interior market is a plus
