Job Title: Designer/Senior Designer

Location: Mumbai Studio

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design & Spatial Analysis: Develop innovative design concepts and analyze spatial requirements for interior design projects.
• Technical Services Design, Design Detailing, and Working Drawings: Create technical drawings, detailing, and design specifications for implementation.
• Décor & Styling: Curate decorative elements and styling components to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces.
• Project Supervision & Coordination: Oversee project execution, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Project Planning, Scheduling, and Certification: Plan project timelines, schedule tasks, and ensure compliance with relevant certifications and standards.
• Experienced Drafting (Mandatory): Proficiency in drafting to translate design concepts into detailed drawings.

Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning.
• Ability to develop and present design concepts effectively.
• Creativity and Innovativeness: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to design projects.
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and technical drawings.
• Eye for Design: Strong aesthetic sense, including color theory and good 3D awareness.
• Interest in Changing Trends in Design.
• Experience:
• Designer: Minimum 6 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Senior Designer: 8 to 10 years of relevant interior design experience.
