Position : Senior Interior Designer

Experience : 3+ years

Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru (Only Bengaluru candidates shall apply)

Key Responsibilities

Client & Concept Development: Meet high-net-worth clients, understand high-end requirements, develop creative, functional, and luxurious design concepts, and present proposals.

Project Management: Manage end-to-end projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality control from concept to completion.

Design Execution: Create detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications, focusing on premium materials, lighting, and custom furnishings.

Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Source high-end FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment), negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with contractors for precise execution.

Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers and lead project teams, ensuring design integrity and adherence to brand standards.

Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly, maintaining luxury standards.
