Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing creative design concepts, space planning, and working on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections. They will also create construction drawings and collaborate with the architecture and on-site teams to ensure superior execution of designs. The role involves balancing aesthetic and functional objectives while adhering to client expectations and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with an ability to conceptualize creative and functional layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and experience in producing detailed Construction Drawings.
- Expertise in Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) selection, including sourcing and specifying materials for luxury interiors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury residential or commercial projects is a plus.
