Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interior design activities with architecture, MEP, HVAC, lighting, landscape, and other consultants.
- Review and align drawings across disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure design consistency.
- Manage information flow between design teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Conduct coordination meetings and prepare MOMs, action trackers, and follow-ups.
- Review layouts, RCPs, elevations, and details for coordination and constructability.
- Identify clashes, design gaps, and inconsistencies, and drive resolution.
- Ensure timely submission of coordinated drawings and design packages.
- Support the Design Manager / Lead Designer in design planning and scheduling.
- Incorporate client and consultant feedback into coordinated design revisions.
