Interior Designer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Litigation Lawyer who can independently handle and argue court cases and has strong working knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) Law .

Key Responsibilities:

• Appear and argue matters before courts and tribunals
• Handle litigation related to civil, commercial, and IP matters
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions
• Manage IP-related cases including trademarks, copyrights, and infringement matters
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as required

Eligibility & Skills:

• Law degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with the Bar Council
• Proven experience in court appearances and case arguments
• Sound knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws (Trademark, Copyright, etc.)
