Job Description
Responsibilities
- To prepare 2D/3D design drawings, quotations, invoices, and official receipts.
- To handle phone calls and assist with emails & customer inquiries.
- To greet and assist walk‑in customers in the showroom.
- To manage and maintain showroom operations.
- To update related reports to HQ.
- To coordinate project submissions to factory.
- To support the sales team with admin tasks.
- To carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior / HQ.
What We’re Looking For:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates OR candidates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to serve Mandarin‑speaking clients).
- Skilled in interior design software (AI House) – knowledge in interior design is a plus.
