Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To prepare 2D/3D design drawings, quotations, invoices, and official receipts.
  • To handle phone calls and assist with emails & customer inquiries.
  • To greet and assist walk‑in customers in the showroom.
  • To manage and maintain showroom operations.
  • To update related reports to HQ.
  • To coordinate project submissions to factory.
  • To support the sales team with admin tasks.
  • To carry out ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior / HQ.

What We’re Looking For:

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduates OR candidates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is required to serve Mandarin‑speaking clients).
  • Skilled in interior design software (AI House) – knowledge in interior design is a plus.
